CUSTOM / MADE TO ORDER
Due to the nature of these products, made to order and custom orders may take up to 2 - 4 weeks longer to ship, depending on the finish (powder coated, etc.) and availability of parts. For powder coat / custom orders that need rushed, please call ahead for a delivery estimate before placing your order. There is an additional fee for rushed orders.
WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARRIVE
Contact Hauk Off-Road customer service at 1-855-339-2915 or firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to report any missing, damaged or defective items, including hardware. Hauk Off‐Road cannot be responsible for claims of missing items or damage due to shipping or packaging, when notified more than seven (7) days after delivery.
DO NOT PAINT OR POWDERCOAT your items before initial installation or test‐fitment. All items that are shipped as bare metal MUST be pre-installed in your vehicle, fitment verified and any modifications to the part or the vehicle made prior to painting or powder coating the parts. Any manufacturing defects in the Hauk/River Raider product or incorrect products must be discovered and reported to River Raider and Hauk Off‐Road for remedy prior to painting or powder coating. Hauk Off‐Road is NOT responsible for the costs associated with painting or powder coating of parts that were not properly verified and test‐fitted prior to coating.
Eligible returns must be received in the same condition as when they left our facility. All custom orders or specialty items must be paid upon order receipt. No returns for credit can be allowed due to the nature of these orders. This includes powder coated bumpers, fenders and skid systems, once they have been powder coated. Electrical components that have been opened or installed cannot be returned. This includes lights and wiring harnesses.
There will be a 20% cancellation fee on all other returns or cancellations. If items were already shipped, the charge for shipping will not be credited back upon return of items.
To arrange a return, please call our customer service at 855-339-2915 or initiate the return through our website. All returns must include a valid RMA number to receive a credit or refund. Please mark your shipment clearly with the RMA number so that we know who to credit! Unauthorized or returns without an RMA may not be credited back.
Our powdercoat coatings are covered under warranty for 6 months from the original purchase date, from an authorized dealer of Hauk Off-Road or River Raider products. If you have a problem with your powdercoat finish, please contact us immediately. Due to the wear and tear nature of these parts, we cannot warranty powdercoat for more than 6 months. If you do not return the items to us for repair within 1 month after you notice the issue, it will void any warranty provided by us. Purchasing from an unauthorized retailer or third party seller voids our manufacturer warranty.
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING
Expedited shipping does NOT expedite our order processing times. We do our best to ship items out in the order that they are received. Large items that have many customizable options may require finishing prior to shipment. All items must pass a quality inspection before shipping.
We reserve the right to upgrade smaller items to 2-day priority shipping instead of ground shipping. If you need a specific shipping method that is not shown when checking out, please leave a note in the comments section when checking out & we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If you’re trying to estimate delivery times, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to order processing.
- FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- If you require express or 2-day shipping, please call us at 1-855-339-2915 for an estimated shipment date.
- There is an additional fee for rushed orders. If you do not pay for rush processing, then your order will be shipped with our standard order processing time which may be up to 2-3 weeks for some items. Rush processing may not be available for all products. When selecting your product options, if rush processing is available, it will show up as a product option with an additional charge. If needed for a specific date, please include in the notes section when checking out and we will try our best to accommodate your timing. Due to unforeseen occurrences, we cannot always guarantee the timing of your rush order. We recommend calling ahead to confirm the timing of your order if your shipping timeline is especially important!
- Selecting an expedited shipping option will not expedite your processing time! We try to ship our orders as soon as possible and in the order received. If you require priority processing, please select Rush Processing when adding the product to your cart. Rush Processing is not available for all items and will only be applied to the products where rush processing is selected as an option. If an item is added to your cart that does not have rush processing available, it may be shipped separately to avoid delays of your rushed item(s).

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: Unless specified in writing otherwise, any and all warranties on the products sold hereby are only those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and the goods sold are being sold “as is”. The seller, nor it representatives, agents, employees or owners neither assumes, nor authorizes any other person to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of said products. By making a payment on or towards and invoice, buyer hereby affirms that he or she understands and agrees that the sale of the products sold hereby are sold and delivered in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Any customer taking possession of a vehicle before work is completed or before recommended testing and break-in period has been completed automatically voids any liability to Hauk Designs, LLC and any damages incurred are the owner’s sole responsibility. Buyer hereby releases Hauk Designs, LLC from all liability for any products that have been worked on by any third parties.
TERMS: STRICTLY CASH UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. Receipt of a down payment authorizes the repair/customization work requested to be done, along with the costs associated with labor, parts and materials necessary to complete the work as deemed necessary in Hauk Designs LLC’s sole discretion. Receipt of a down payment also confirms that Hauk Designs, LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond the control of Hauk Designs, LLC, or for delays caused by unavailability of parts, delays in parts shipments by the supplier or transporter, or due to the nature of the customization services being rendered. Receipt of a down payment hereby grants Hauk Designs, LLC and its employees, agents, and owners permission to operate this vehicle on the streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purposes of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic’s lien is hereby acknowledged on above vehicle to secure the amount of repair thereto.
Payment, Collections Disputes: By making a final payment to an invoice, the customer hereby accepts and approves of the work performed by Hauk Designs LLC. A payment made on a build estimate indicates that the customer agrees to pay for all the work performed on the vehicle, along with the necessary parts and materials purchased. All parts will be ordered prior to appointment scheduling and must be paid in full upon placing order. It is understood that payment is due in full before vehicle will be released from Hauk Designs, LLC. If service work or parts are cancelled before the vehicle is built there will be a 30% cancellation/restocking fee. If payment is not received for the services, parts, and materials described herein, the customer will be responsible for reasonable costs of collection, court costs and attorney fees. Additionally, sums past due beyond thirty (30) days will be subject to interest at the legal rate. Jurisdiction for any dispute concerning the work performed or parts/materials supplied herein shall be in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Prior to filing suit, Buyer agrees to subject all claims to mediation that shall take place in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. Any lawsuit related to this transaction, the work performed, or the parts/materials supplied herein shall be brought in Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania law will apply. If Hauk Designs, LLC is the prevailing party in any litigation regarding this transaction, Hauk Designs, LLC shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney fees associated with the dispute.
